Proposed Amendments to Zoning Ordinance
Ordinance #2
Proposed amendments to the Lebanon Zoning Ordinance were presented for City Council review on August 19, 2009.  The Council has decided to move forward with the proposed amendments and have set a public hearing to receive public input and take action on the  amendments on October 21, 2009.  

Action taken by the Council on August 19th is as follows:

MOVED, that the Lebanon City Council, in accordance with the City of Lebanon Zoning Ordinance, Article X, Section 1000.3. Amendment Procedures, submit the Zoning Ordinance amendments as contained in the document entitled, "Proposed Amendments to Zoning Ordinance #2, dated August 19, 2009,"~to the Planning Board, Conservation Commission, and Zoning Board of Adjustment for their review and comment. The City Council hereby sets the following tentative review schedule:

Planning Board, Planning Session - August 24, 2009
Conservation Commission, Regular Meeting – September 10, 2009
City Council Public Hearing – October 21, 2009

Amendments were forwarded to the Zoning Board of Adjustment on August 20, 2009 for their review.

Hard copies of the proposed amendments are available in the City Clerk's Office, City Hall, 51 North Park Street, Lebanon.
